Sabre is a great company. However some things must improve: Promotions are not given to the best workmates, they are given based on friendships, which is not good at all. RTO mandate is senseless given that we can work more comfortably from home and achieve same results due to less distractions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to resolve issues and feel like we have a career path.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership tea as of late has a clear objective and have kept the ship sailing so far.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre cultural diversity , be it ethnic, country, etc is very good for all of us to know new cultures.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our meal tickets value has not been increased since past 7 years. That should be improved. Food cost is not the same as 7 years ago due to inflation.
