What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is much independence in my work environment. It is very quiet besides the business calls that go on around me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only have 31 days at Sabre, so still learning. I will say today's Town Hall meeting was informative, engaging and left me more knowledgeable than I have been in my first month.
What makes you most happy at work?
Because I am so new, I get excited when I listen to meetings and realize how much I know, just after 30 days! Connecting the dots to what Sabre is all about and how my role has a positive impact makes me happy! I want to make a difference!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is spread out internationally, so I only have in-person collaboration with 2 of them. Everyone else I know thru Teams meetings, and they seem very funny, smart and willing to help. Working in the office is a bit lonely, as I don't have much interaction with other humans much of the time.
