We are all team players. The bad ones have left.

Salary increases have been slow in coming. Benefits are good but copays for medical are too high.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is more communication between executive leadership and the employees, and it's consistent. And the fact our team is WFH 100% and we are all successful in our jobs and with our customers.
