Overall it's a good company, and I'm glad I got in, however the instability, uncertainty and the constant fear of layoffs make the experience very stressful.

Inclusive, diverse, tolerant, friendly, mostly non-toxic (at least in my own team)

Nothing, really. It's just the weight of almost not having time for myself
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary, mostly, but the assurance coverage chosen in my country is pretty elitist and discriminatory
