No passive aggressive behaviors; a lot of mutual trust.

Professionals, extensive knowledge, they do what they are expected to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Luxmed (medical care) - I do not use other perks to much.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good mix of days when I can focus on work and days when I need to interact with co workers (both as a people leader and technical team leader).
