I feel neutral about the culture and environment as at times workload impact personal life and making it nonconductive to work with positivity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The merit was not in line with the inflation rate so didn't help with the focus employee are work beyond what is expected of them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with customer who respect the knowledge and timely support provided by us. The positive feedback from customer when a job is done well makes me happy, even when it is not highlighted internally.
