The opportunity to make a difference. There are quite a few opportunities for professional growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate Manager is clear about Sabre's expectations and has my professional growth in mind. She is a champion for our airline internal partners too, delicate balance, but juggles is well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its a tough job market but Sabre does a great job of retaining talent. the Medical insurance premium is draining my earnings. Inflation is keeping even lesser money in my pocket, but I am blessed to be here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work very closely with LATAM, changed their perception about Sabre and it was a team effort. Both internal and external teams know I champion the opportunities on both sides. we donot reference issues as issues but opportunities. Helps create a positive environment and these help our community
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is always a lot to learn from each other. We have a great team supporting one another, for newbies, they get the answers and support from veterans in the team. I got an opportunity to get GCP migrations and Radixx projects under my belt and my peers were great in sharing Lessons learned.
