People listen and are willing to dive right in to help address a problem/challenge. When our concerns are raised then it is not dismissed, our opinions truly matter. Collaborating with everyone globally to share ideas, having the opportunity to work on different parts of the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Yes, there have been significant changes since May within Sabre this year (VSP and org structure), Sabre leadership has still maintained transparency on where we are going and what we need to do to achieve 2030's vision. Our growth potential and opportunities are very clear to me, but I'm confident!
