its been great since this was my first company and i have enjoyed mostly all these years with kind of culture sabre provides. Along with decent work the perks and hike were good until covid.

Transparency and thinking about employee growth along with company's growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i am clear about my work i am happy otherwise not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility on the working hours. Learning sites/tool access like udemye. use of technologies like copilot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has not been doing good since COVID we understand but recent hikes which was below 5% was too low and shocking . After covid we were already getting low but this was shocking . This does not even beat inflation. Also i feel the bonus percentage also could be increased.
