
Off-late there are more flaws. Team engagement is missing, effort to hire the right skillsets is missing
Some individuals are motivated.. some are not...so overall team performance gets impacted. Appreciate the rigor though to get things done on time
I work remotely.. so there is lot of focus when i code or do any solutioning activity. Meetings with team are productive
Due to skillset gaps, the amount of work that i do, is kind of covering for 2-3 individuals.. infact the layoffs and hiring freeze has only made things worst. Yearly increments has been bad. Say thanks is not being used correctly and dont see a me getting recognized a lot despite the efforts.
