Very knowledgeable, good values, cooperative, helpful, kind, understanding, patience, goals oriented, ... Everyone feels Sabre in their blood (very engaged) with Sabre's potential and looking forward to making this brand more successful, even more than in its best years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Macro-managers, goals oriented, fast, executors, realistic with past not-so-good performance and hunger for growth, innovate and lead in the travel tech business with better capabilities than concurrence (1A). Hunger for growth and commitment of employees. Open, transparent, funny and engaging!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bring long and wide airlines and travel distribution, sales, payments experience but feel am not compensated enough. I'd like to be paid every 2 weeks like in the US, be paid a few days before the end of the month and not exactly during last day, more perks like % for pension plan or company share.
