All the changes we go through last year's gives occasion to learn new things and take part in interesting projects. On the other hand, amount of this changes and decision chaos which occur is quite frustrating and shows that it could be managed better. There should be more fixed decisions.

Compared to other companies in my location my salary is on TL level but at Sabre im Sr. Principal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We try to standardize things by building dedicated teams for particular tasks but then this teams starts to be bottleneck because of lack of people/skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of our team are in one location so its more efficient. Core team are build from people which are here for many years so they have high knowledge and skills.
