Sabre's work from home policy is the best thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No doubt our team is awesome. they respect each other, they help each other in terms of coding, understanding logics etc etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be honest The who is been with Sabre long time he/she is getting very lesser pay compared to the guy who's joining recently. Sabre should make fare decision in terms of pays for both new and old employees. You should keep all things in balance :)
