Good Part: Work life balance; flexibility. manager and leader are always reachable. They do appreciate the work. Have content available for learning. Best thing about leadership team is that they are reachable and willing to listen the concerns.

I feel my compensation is not competitive with market considering my skill set, experience and location I am living in.

Team is willing to talk and help each other. We are very small team, but people are nice with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility and Supportive. I am remote worker so never had chance to meet anyone in person, but when we meet each other in meetings I feel being part of team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am remote worker and don't go anywhere. I work from home. I am passionate about my work and learning things which I peruse when sign in to my laptop and find time to talk with my team.
