People are objective, more interested on getting the job done and not interested in office politics.

That I am employing my skills and experience to help solve a problem my customers or my colleagues are facing.

the yare supportive, friendly, appreciative, and considerate. I can reach out to any of hem with the confidence I will get their help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are interested more on deliverables (get the job done) and less on protocols. The yare also here to provide support and back their subordinates up as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I' feel the compensation I am earning is not fairly matched to the experience and expertise I am delivering to the company. So, from that perspective I am on the edge as to stay or leave. But I appreciate the work-personal life balance my immediate leaders are allowing me.
