I would never speak ill about a place which is a reason for my bread and butter. But it would be nice is certain rules are bent, though I understand company is already flexible enough. But I hope management is a little more understanding to our needs.

We are united and work together as a team when we need each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Giving a better hike for all the energy and time we put in is not valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work from office should not be mandatory though I understand the needs have changed but travel is a harrowing experience day to day and i can literally use that time to do something else.
