Sabre was a very employee friendly company and was taking good care of its employees. But recently a lot of changes are being done and the employee friendly nature is being curtailed as the day passes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be proactive in passing the message.
What makes you most happy at work?
Managers support, scope of work, opportunity to expand business for sabre
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is very co-operative and has given clear directions about the role and expectation. The same goes with skip level manager too and few colleagues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Earlier Work from anywhere was good. But now company has mandated to come to office which is creating a lot of stress. But the only positive is year end break that we have
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hikes were denied year after year. In spite of working hard there is disparity in promotions. Few people are repeatedly promoted time and again but for others they give reasons like market, company performance etc. Additionally,compensation is not increased but expenses 4 employee is being increased
