They are fun and smart, and they care about each other and the quality of their work. I know I can depend on and trust each one of them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a US employee there is the reality that the company would like to replace me with a lower-cost employee. It is stressful at times, but so far I have been able to prove my value by my knowledge, work this, and ability.
