What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with devs and QAs and solving problems

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Identifying strengths and providing opportunities for team members to grow their skills, celebrating individual and team successes to boost morale, optimize workload distribution [not overload them with nonsense work], and building trust through authenticity and open communication.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not having clear information about how salary and promotion decisions are made within the company. Setting clear performance metrics that are linked to potential promotion and access to training and development programs that can enhance skills and market value

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get rid of antiquated career categories and make it simple; increase transparency on promotion decisions, not rubber stamp promotion; invest in and support career growth and advancement; and encourage regular feedback from employees specific to their managers' work and directors' contribution.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers could improve on actively listening to others' perspectives, and collaborating to leverage diverse ideas. We may need to work better if we have chance to meet in person once a quarter so that we can get to know each other in personal level and learn their work ethics.
