Definitely need more challenging tasks and got a feeling we keep too many people who should be exchanged, specially mangers in the USA. They are, because they are, but they don't do their work and keep their roles cause they are here more than 10 years.

They are responsible and eager to work.

Hard to say, it is not visible to me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No new challenges. Every day looks pretty similar, just another day in the office. Hard to say it brings me new experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People earn more on a similar level in the company just because they are located in a different country, but they do less work than me.
