most of us are proficient at their jobs, we know what we do, and we're motivated to achieve big things
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
in general, people are very friendly, and sometimes there are some events at work which helps socialising, we're given nice gadgets
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of the same salary for 2 years (vs inflation rate in PL), but increased workload (when my team leader was on a few month long vacation I co-assumed team leader responsibilities), and I'm forced to come to the office 3x a week
