attitude and communication skills which it affected the relationship between each other

I feel the culture in the company is toxic and the relationship between each other is unhealthy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my compensation is below average and hope to have a review and adjustment to my compensation. Perhaps my performance might not be perfect but I believed I am performing well in my roles to support the Team and the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am referring to co-worker in different from mine. I think we all are doing out own job and lack of communication and understanding towards each other. Perhaps it's due to the different reporting line and we are only prompt to answer to our manager instead of working as a Team.
