My overall experience has been very positive so far. I appreciate the flexibility, team collaboration and support from my manager. I also love the "Say Thanks" program as it provides a great platform to express gratitude to team members who have helped us and to recognize each other's efforts.

I appreciate the flexibility provided by Sabre and the trust from my manager. It helps to balance between my work and family commitments effectively.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. I appreciate the team spirit as we openly share our opinions and suggestions. To me, open and effective communication is important for our success as a TEAM.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think compensation can be improved by offering a higher VCP and increment %. By doing so, it will boost motivation and feel rewarded for the efforts and contributions.
