What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel all around it is a very throughout and generous package that SBA offers to us. I've noticed over the years it changes, but I think its from leadership reviewing it and seeing if other options would be better suited for everyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sadly in this day and age, the gender wage gap is and always will be a struggle for women. Especially in a tech industry where women are not

I feel the position I hold is undervalued. There is little chance someone with 1-3 years experience could resolve the complex issues that arise on a daily basis. I have a BS in engineering technology and 20yrs of work experience with 5 yrs in this position and was ranked a p1 on global framework.

A higher salary. The benefits are incredible and the RSU/stock options are great but a higher annual salary that's more competitive with the industry would be very beneficial

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the amount of caring for each other, even though many may never meet each other, I have noticed the way we interact and or treat each other is amazing. I would attribute that to a strong ties SBA has towards their employees with the way high level employees interact with everyone

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was pretty quick and you are talking with HR, but you also get to talk to the person you will be working for. So you get insights on what the job requires and who you will be working with.
