Salary are above industry standard; benefits are great and the company's bonus compensation plan is extremely generous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When doing 3 people's jobs and getting paid for 1 persons asking HR and your manager and them replying no problem, after 5 other new bosses 1yr later and still no compensation. Very sad for a company to treat employees that way. Time to move on to a company who appreciates you for you.
