Everything, I can't really decide or pick apart one thing from another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have a great job, great co-workers and I know that I'll always learn something new. Not going to be stuck in a hole with advancements
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat you like a good friend you've known from grade. Most our leaders have started out in the same positions that me and my fellow workers currently have.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe clean the back of the factory where we work more often so maybe we breathe good air and stop bandaging machine problems. Fix it right or not at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the company as well as the Union IBEW strive very hard to make changes in the employees favor. The whole package and the people who are my fellow employees make it the best part.
