I have no benefits at SMC since I am a prn or per diem employee.

I pretty much just pushed kids into going to physical therapy, costing their families money and taking away from time with school and their teams. I didn't feel that I was used to my potential and the stress I was under was not fully worth my payment.

We should stop treating patients like numbers, overworking ATCs and PTs by booking them solid, and allow for ATCs to work at their full capacity.

Leadership needs to be able to understand that cost should not be saved by cutting staff at the lowest levels. It is the workers at the patient care level that are working to turn a profit.
