What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like there's good variety - none of our benefits are the best ever, but there's enough of them that I feel it's very well rounded!

I think salaries need to be adjusted especially with inflation.

there are a lot of opportunities to connect with others in chats and the in person event is amazing. every meeting the first 5-10 minutes we catch up before the meeting starts which makes WFH nice
