Many positions here are paid fairly, but my department is under the market value. Still worth working here though.

They are awesome! I am a Lead on the Procurement Team and although I am their superior we still have a great relationship. I feel confident that I don't need to hover, it's not as much supervising as it is supporting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast paced environment filled by very talented people

The culture is very open and friendly. The CEO can visit any office and be introduced to everyone, from the general manager to a hospitality agent.
