What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be fair with their managers. They need to quit using manipulative and intimidating communication. They need to quit ganging up against employees. Thus is the wirst run team i have ever been a mwnager for.

The upper management treats their mabagers very poorly.

I feel undervalued due to being treated like another body to do the job rather then an actual person with a life and feelings. Id feel better about compensation if we got paid more for the duties that are expected of us outside of taking care of our clients.
