Individual contributors should be valued equally to managers. When issues arise, SPS sides with managers, making individual contributors feel undervalued and distrustful of management and HR's ability to address concerns.

Underpaid compared to comparable roles at other companies. Frequently lose staff to other companies that pay more for the same work.

I make about $20K less than the average person with the same job as me. For the hard work and years of service I have put into SPS, I think I deserve higher wages.

I think coworkers need to be more understanding that we're all working towards the same goal. When we release stuff for other teams we get a bunch of complaints about missing features that were never in scope to begin with which is very frustrating because it's like they have separate goals than us.

Value employees more, pay employees better, have better benefits, stop cheaping out

pay employees well, make health care affordable, stop bragging about being a billion $ company, but they paying employees poorly, hire and keep women & diverse talent, share diversity numbers - awards for diversity mean nothing if its only white men voting - comon sense people!!

The executive team and upper management are disconnected and don't make an effort to understand the employee experience - they are only concerned about the customers and do not seem to understand that if the employees are heard and treated better, so will their customers.
