I absolutely love working for this company! Every day I am excited to do my work and be able to interact with my team! My only struggle is that since I am "contract" I do not receive the paid time off or sick time benefits despite all of the hard work we do.

Everyone is always so positive and excited to engage with one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have a solid base pay and are also given commission and bonuses!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always so excited to help each other and bounce ideas off one another and I feel that is incredibly important to a healthy work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that we are given a lot of tools and support from our leadership! It means a lot to be able to give feedback about processes and have that feedback heard and taken into making processes smoother and better!
