What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe we trust one another. We work together well, ask questions, challenge one another, and truly care about one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that I am paid fairly for the scope of my role and my background/qualifications. We are paid at or higher than market. We offer great bonus and stock opportunities. We have fantastic benefits package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an internal experience team that offers great Sunrun swag and incentives. I wish more teams could participate or be invited to some of the trips our sales/ops teams go on. But alas, that doesn't seem to be a priority.
