Constant change and having to get to know new people all the time, which then leads to having to provide them with a lot of institutional knowledge or mentioning how their ideas were also someone else's ideas a while back

Still a lot of unknown direction and varying voices as to that direction

Actually, getting things done, and not having more roadblocks or obstacles put in the way

We trust each other and do our best to give life to each other rather than dread.

My manager and team - and the hope that the company truly is doing the right thing.

Not sure I can answer this, as they are so isolated from the company other than what you see on social media.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure there is a "best" part. Pre-Covid there were lots of perks, from free lunch, swag, trips, golf tournaments, etc. With working from home, the best part is working from home (which is great). Beyond this, not sure what perks there are.
