What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a contractor, so I don't receive any benefits. My hourly contract pay is good though.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid base salary and annual bonus % eligibility is nice. The benefits offered to us are also great!

I truly appreciate their transparent communication, being genuinely open to our feedback, and their dedicated support of each of us.

Everyone is genuinely dedicated to working hard and hiring great people, and we really work as one team for each other and encouraging and recognizing one another!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people with whom I work, and I enjoy recruiting and hiring great people to our amazing company. I also love the flexibility of working remotely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support & transparency in all communication from our senior leadership/CEO, as well as the genuine support of direct managers and team members. We also have a unified mission and this is the most positive work culture I've experienced in my recruiting career. :)
