The leadership vision and initiatives need a lot of work to help with company culture. Excessive turnover, loss of knowledge and the lack for refining business processes and shifting duties off to irrelevant groups is not effective. Place value in the employees stay instead of those who leave.

If I was either paid more in my pay grade or promoted to the next level up.

Don't know enough about what they are trying to accomplish to comment. Their vision is more focused on customer than employees. Hard to be successful without both.

When tasks and projects get accomplished and business processes are streamlined and we leverage technology. Also, when your team works as a team, communicate, collaborates and has consideration for one another.
