Okay. I feel like no one really cares about you as a person or what you go through they never try to work with your schedule even tho this company is supposed to be human centered and they pick favorites. They don't do things fairly or even help when we need them my sup is the only one that replies

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're nice but I really wish they would reply to chats more and stop letting new hires spread false information and make fake opptys. I wish they would treat everyone the same.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat everyone the same. Stop letting supervisor pick favorites and give them the nest schedule, Stop letting people make fake appointments to get more money. Make supervisors actually help us and answer chats. Make managers and supervisors take things seriously
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being bilingual you get treated differently and there's less schedules you can get I just feel like they don't do much for us at all they can at least treat us the same with schgedykes and everything else like everyone les on the team and not lie about getting more leads for spanish.Treated unfairly
