It has been a roller coaster to be perfectly honest. I was very happy when I first started and now I dread coming to work because I deal with horrible people on the phone and I do not feel valued as an employee
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have neither positive nor negative things to say about leadership
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Raise my pay back to a living wage and that will improve things for me at this company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Personally, I just dont want to be bothered with anyone especially now with the paycut, I personally like to stay to myself and do my job and clock out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the inclusivity and the general sense of "family" but to be honest I have lost all enthusiasm and passion because of how low the company thinks of me as an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of where I live, I personally feel like it was a slap in the face to lower pay rates and it shows me that the company does not care about me at all. The cost of living is extremely high where I live and I am now actively looking for other employment that will be able to support my household
