My manager is always trying to help me. She's understanding and cares for as a person. And she's easy to talk to.

Because I get tho do what I love to do! And that's helping people. I also enjoying talking with different people from different places.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for Sunrun for 8 yrs. And I'm still pretty much at the same hourly rate. New hires come in making the same hourly rate as me. Sunrun also lowered our commission pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with Sunrun for over 5 yrs. And I believe that it is unfair that new hires make the same hourly as I do. I am a very hard loyal and dedicated worker. Many others have left to go to higher paying jobs. I am still here because I love and believe in what we do. I am hoping that will change.
