Positive environment. We get along great as a team by identifying each other's communication styles. This really helps when we engage with each other during difficult conversations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to think for myself and set my own priorities to accomplish our department goals. Leadership is open to listening to what works if you have something to say. We get better together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the people that I work with. I also love the benefit of free education. I'm taking advantage of this and increasing my skillsets. While I plan to leave my role soon, it's actually for another role within sunrun with these new skills.
