Its a great place to work but it can definitely feel like reaching for straws when trying to figure something out or complete a task. Sometimes its difficult to understand what you should be doing.

Other designers have been very helpful with clearing confusion about the process

Response time from leadership/requesting assistance can be lackluster and the information provided on help is limited and not indepth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The process at an entry level position as a designer is too much grey area with a lack of training.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Trying to understand my position in the company has been difficult. Im based on a production metric for my job while hitting many other tasks that dont count towards my value in the position is tedious
