I think the most positive thing is the inclusivity and chance to be yourself, not having to switch so much between who you are out of work and as a professional.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how it doesn't matter that we're all in different locations but yet we're able to find something in common to talk about not only on a personal level but also on a team level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part of the compensation package is the PTO which allows us to take our necessary vacations/breaks and when we need those mental breaks. Another thing I like is the chance for bonuses during our peak months.
