Great shared values and I really like the customer huddles, eagerly awaiting office time to meet coworkers face to face. Mainly hoping for increased compensation to match the value of our labor & the cost of living in our area.

Honestly I don't know much about them, I've never seen them in person & have never received direct info besides the newsletters.
What makes you most happy at work?
Looking back at how much solar we've successfully put on roofs & translating that into how much coal we've removed from the grid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very helpful & active team chat, though I don't truly know them because I've always worked from home & have never seen their faces in real life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of my friends living in my city make significantly more money than I do, even in non-professional jobs that don't require college degrees. I feel that the value and skill of our work as Designers should be reflected in our take-home pay.
