If you aren't in the leadership structure, no one higher than your supervisor cares about you unless you're underperforming based on their broken metric of productivity using broken tools that have a large rate of catastrophic failure.

I have a good supervisor and team, both of which are very supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I communicate with my coworkers that aren't leadership, we can complain about the stupid things upper management do and laugh at how ridiculous it is.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has good comradery. I feel like I can point out some of the frustrating things I've noticed to them and they can do likewise and we can laugh and mock it together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As a whole, they don't seem to care about the low level designers and how their decisions impact us. The company claims to be "Human Centered" but all I can see is a money grubbing company that uses that to lure in new hires in hopes they won't notice. They should actually care about those they lead
