Glad I get to work remote. I wish they took a more honest approach to judging my production and helpfulness. I wish the company was more streamlined, and trusted talented individuals. I wish we were less intent on cutting corners to boost share values.

They are very intelligient, and we are all in a good mood because we get to work remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are heading in a new direction where we focus less on raw numbers, and more on actually providing a meaningful service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My managing team looks at my work in an unfair manner when deciding on how much I contribute. Pay isn't competitive for others with my credentials. I am not given an honest chance to make an argument for more pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to help solar get on roofs. However, I feel we often do it by misleading or mistreating customers. We cut corners wherever posisble. I am NOT ok with that. We need better interfacing between talented designers, salespeople, and construction experts to provide a quality product.
