A sense of connection and comradery needs to be created. I feel completely disconnected from the team.
Lower team communication and comradery aren't great. I think they should encourage managers and team supervisors to create more team oriented events.
Better training and opportunity. Having worked at multiple other solar companies, I feel disconnected from the process. When at other companies there was much better sense of team and involvement.
I feel undervalued because I am paid less than others who started this position. When I brought up the pay I found online for this position, at this company, I was told its because of different areas financial demands. I don't see that as fair, that I get paid less.
