For the most part I love it. All jobs have their flaws but this has been a great company to work for.

Customer centric. Seem fairly transparent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the nature of our company being solar and green. People genuinely care about each other as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Jobs are never the most fun part of my life. It's necessary to live. As far as improvement, a 4 day work week would be incredible.
