Overall good. Love the benefits they give the employees. Love most of the company's decision. They do have some flaws that need attention. Sales reps are disrespectful to everyone when they don't get their way, and never reprimanded for it. Leaders sometimes do not listen to lower sections concerns.

They listen to concern and allow to work remote permanently

Most of the people I work with have a great desire for quality.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Designers are more concerned about getting their points, rather then the quality in their work. It is showing and frustrated from my position as I do not have the tools to push for improvements as only supervisors can do much of getting designers to listen.
