It's the same as my previous company, but with better management. However, it has worse tools for the tasks, and the metrics of what a task is worth leaves a lot to be desired.

The people are nice, and we all have many shared interests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Management Leadership actively meets with their teams daily or weekly. They feel like real people. This was not the case before the merger.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know that the quality of their character is much better than the management's questionable character was at VivintSolar. I, and many others, are not afraid of sudden termination on a daily basis here at Sunrun.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is a job, not a faire or a vacation. We all do it for money, not because it fulfills the soul. It is not a matter that can be improved at this time, if even during this lifetime.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job title is summed up in very few words, but the responsibilities and duties are extremely stressful in their scope and breadth. There is an extremely high amount of detail, and to adequately see to every detail requires more time than the metrics were calculated for.
