I would say they're on the vicious side since they were willing to lay off hundreds of employees with almost no warning.

We should be paid for the value of our labor, not this outsourcing BS of paying us for our relative cost of living.

During the internal restructuring, everyone would appreciate the transparency of what the new wages/salaries will be for new positions that are replacing old positions.
